FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: elevator transmission, preventing falling, comprises drum (3), planetary gear transmission, coupling, right brake, left brake, engine (25), high-speed shaft (28), gear transmission mechanism, two-section gear-type pump (34), oil chamber (33) and two-position four-way electromagnetic guide valve (32). During normal lifting, left and right brakes are not in braking state, coupling is engaged, and engine (25) controls rotation speed of drum (3) by means of planetary gear. In case of sudden failure of supply, accompanied by failure of brake, clutch is disengaged, left and right brakes perform braking, planetary gear transmission is converted into a gear train with a fixed axis, the left and right brakes respectively stop sun gear (4) and the planetary gear carrier (7), and eventually drum (3) stops. When speed of drum (3) is close to zero, two-section gear pump (34) stops operation, left brake is released, load continues to rotate drum (3) and two-section gear pump (34) continues operation. Process is repeated continuously until the load lands at low speed.
EFFECT: due to design, elevator according to present invention can prevent accident caused by cargo drop at high speed in case of sudden power failure, accompanied by brake failure.
