FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer engineering. Technical result is achieved due to logic converter containing 3×n-7 majority elements, which have three inputs, characterized by that n≥4, 3×n-9 majority elements are grouped into n-3 groups so that i-th group contains three majority elements, in the i-th group, the output of the first and third inputs of the third majority elements are respectively connected to the second input and output of the second majority element, outputs of the first and third majority elements of the previous group are connected to second inputs of the first and third majority elements of the next group, respectively, second inputs of first and third majority elements of first group are connected to outputs (3×n-8)-th and (3×n-7)-th majority elements, and first input (3×n-8)-th majority element and first inputs of first, third majority elements of i-th group are connected to second tuning input of logic converter, the first tuning input and output of which are respectively connected to the first input of the second majority element of the i-th group and the output of the third majority element (n-3)-th group.
EFFECT: enabling implementation of any of simple symmetric Boolean functions using constant adjustment.
