FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for continuous measurement of grinding wheel wear during operation. Device for measuring state of grinding wheel surface consists of nozzle, dynamic pressure sensor, pressure gauge, nozzle, pressure regulator, adjusting device and pneumatic electrocontact converter, which is equipped with counter-pressure valve and is connected to nozzle located in adjusting device, which is connected to nozzle. Pressure gage and pressure regulator are installed on pneumatic electrocontact transducer equipped with measuring system including dynamic pressure sensor, contacts, bellows, frame, flat and spiral springs, toothed sector, pointer and scale.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of processing, reduced time of grinding wheel measurement and its consumption in connection with adjustment of circle by its actual state.
