SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create a high-frequency spectrometer of electron paramagnetic resonance. Summary of the invention is that the high-frequency electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer comprises a microwave unit comprising a voltage-controlled high-frequency generator, a circulator and a microwave signal detector, a low frequency generator, cryogenic system, superconducting electromagnet, system of microwave power supply to sample, superconducting electromagnet control unit, recording system and computer, wherein the superconducting electromagnet and the microwave power transmission system to the sample are located inside the cryogenic system, the output of the high-frequency generator controlled by voltage is connected to the circulator input, circulator output is connected to the input of the microwave signal detector, the output of the microwave signal detector is connected to the first input of the recording system, the circulator inlet / outlet is connected through an adapter to the input / output of the microwave power transmission system to the sample, input / output of the recording system is connected to the computer input / output, the superconducting electromagnet control unit output is connected to the superconducting electromagnet, the superconducting electromagnet control unit input is connected to the computer output, first output of low frequency generator is connected to second input of registration system, and second output of low frequency generator is connected to input of high-frequency voltage controlled generator, wherein the microwave power transmission system to the sample is made in the form of a waveguide closed at the end by a transverse solid partition.
EFFECT: possibility of increasing sensitivity of spectrometer.
