SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to valve devices in circulation systems of drilling mud during well drilling. Activation mechanism comprises at least one sensor to measure the pressure of the drilling fluid in the first fluid pipe in the circulating sub, control unit connected to sensor to monitor received sensor signal. Control unit is configured to electronically activate movement of at least one movable valve element in one direction based on the received signal. Valve element is configured to be positioned relative to at least a second fluid pipe in the circulation adapter and is movable between an open position and a closed position. Fluid medium pipe is communicated via fluid medium with first fluid medium pipe. Valve element comprises at least one end configured to close the second fluid pipe in the closed position and open the second fluid pipe in the open position. Control unit is electrically connected to at least one actuator unit located relative to at least one valve element. Actuator unit is configured to reciprocate at least one valve element between an open position and a closed position an unlimited number of times, wherein control unit is further configured to electronically activate movement of at least one movable valve element in opposite direction an unlimited number of times.

EFFECT: simplified design, increased safety, reduced time costs, fast and accurate activation of downhole tool.
