FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture, namely to a method for optimization of histogenesis of gastrointestinal organs in embryos of chicken meat direction of productivity by single treatment of incubation eggs before incubation. According to the disclosed method, said treatment consists in fact that 3–4 hours before laying in an incubator on the surface of the shell from an atomizer, an aqueous solution of colamine is applied, succinic acid, serine and pyridoxine hydrochloride in concentrations of 0.1 %, 0.1 %, 0.2 %, 2.5 % respectively, which are pre-dissolved in distilled water at temperature of 18–22 °C.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction of lipid peroxidation processes, improved thermogenesis and high output of standard chicken.
