FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to a device for squeezing juice out of fruit and/or vegetables fruits, in particular from apples. Device comprises a squeezing chamber configured to move relative to the above device in a repeating sequence into three different positions. First position is the rubbing step. Second position is the squeezing step. Third position is the pulp ejection stage.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce high-quality ready product in the form of fruit and vegetable juice.
