SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to presowing treatment of seeds. Method for stimulating germinating capacity of seeds involves treating seeds of grain crops with aqueous solution of ammonium 4-(4-ammoniocarboxyphenylamino)-4-oxo-2-butenoate with an active substance concentration of 0.01 wt%.
EFFECT: disclosed method for stimulating germination capacity of seeds provides increased energy of germination, germination capacity of seeds, which has an effect on acceleration of the onset of ripening of grain crops.
