FIELD: household items and household appliances.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to hair dryer (1), which provides important characteristics of drying and improved sensation when used together with reduced noise level of device. Hair dryer (1) comprises air circulation chamber (3) having inlet zone (4) and outlet zone (5), and heating element (10). Hair dryer also comprises air duct (11), which is a continuation of the circulation chamber. Air duct has upstream end (12), downstream end (13) and neck (14) located between said upstream and downstream ends, wherein first air duct section located between upstream end and neck is made with angle (α) of inclination relative to longitudinal axis (X), which is within 40° up to 88°, and second air duct section located between neck and downstream end is made with angle (β) re-opening relative to said longitudinal axis, ranging from 1.5 to 3.5°.
EFFECT: disclosed is a hair dryer with an air outlet duct with a Coanda effect.
