SUBSTANCE: fixing device (11) for fixing one structural element, in particular door leaf (6), on a second structural element, in particular door frame (3), with gripping element (13) for attachment to the first or second structural element, wherein gripping element (13) comprises first lock hole (20) with fixing unit (16) for attachment to second or first structural element, wherein fixing unit (16) comprises first fixing body (21) for fixation with at least one recess (23) for catch of gripping element (13), wherein fixing unit (16) comprises actuating element (22), which comprises first fastening hole (23) for attachment of first fixing body (21), wherein actuating element (22) is movable between a rest position, in which first fixing body (21) is located in first recess (20) for catch of gripping element (13) and in fastening recess (23) of actuating element (22), and unlocking position, in which the fixation between the first fixing body (21) and first recess (20) for the gripping element retainer is eliminated, as well as sliding door (1) with such fixing device (11).
