FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft intended for continuous surveillance from air behind separate sections of terrain and air space when solving environmental, fire and military tasks. System comprises housing filled with carrier gas lighter than air. On the body in the upper and lower region there are instruments for remote probing of the earth's surface and atmosphere in the visible and infrared spectral ranges. Inside the housing on the rotary suspension with electric motors there is a radioelectronic station, together with the remote probing instruments by cable connected to the control station. Control station includes in-series connected modules: detection and display module, recognition module, control and communication module. Height control module of balloon through cable is connected with electric winch. Power supply of devices and units in the balloon body is performed along the cable and reverse transmission of information for processing at the ground (mobile) control station.
EFFECT: it is possible to conduct continuous and continuous monitoring in different ranges and at different heights.
