SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry and represents a cosmetic homeopathic medicinal preparation for regenerating scar tissue of skin containing a base of spermaceti, or bee wax, or cocoa butter, or emulsion wax, or distilled water, or mixtures thereof, into which are introduced in equal proportions active components containing lithium, zinc, selenium, cobalt, manganese, chromium, characterized by that said active components are supplemented with Arnica montana D4 in the same ratio, wherein all active components in the volume corresponding to LM1 are added to the base in the form of solutions at a certain ratio in ml per 1,000 g of the ready product.
