Manual folding trolley comprises base with running wheels, post with handle, cargo shift limiters in horizontal plane, aligned with trolley supports in vertical position, suspension for load. Base serves as support for the post. Post is detachable. Sling with its ends secured nearby the base ends on the side of the wheels holds the post on the base. Sling is thrown over the handle of the post. Load suspension is arranged on sling.

EFFECT: reduced weight of trolley.
