SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control systems. Discrete signals input-output control point consists of a housing having power supply units, converters of RS-485 serial interfaces and Ethernet switches. In addition, interconnected programmable converters of RS-485 serial interfaces are installed. Main and standby Ethernet switches are connected over the main and backup Ethernet channels to the main and standby processing units. Processor units convert the obtained data according to a predetermined algorithm and transmit them through the main and standby Ethernet switches to top-level devices via Ethernet or RS-485 channels.
