FIELD: pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centrifugal pumps and is aimed at modernization of impellers used in them to reduce excess head in non-productive operating modes by changing diameter of impeller blades directly during operation of pump. Pump comprises housing and impeller with cover and drive discs and blades. Blades consist of fixed parts located on side of inner diameter of wheel and fixed with disks, and movable parts located on side of outer diameter of wheel. Drive of moving parts of blades includes drive housing fixed on drive disk of impeller and having holes parallel to holes made in drive disk, which are provided for passage of pins connected to movable parts of blades. Drive of movable parts of blades is made in form of hydraulic drive. Hydraulic drive includes rotor installed with possibility of angular displacement inside closed housing of drive housing, pressure sensor and hydraulic distributor. Rotor is connected with pins. Sensor is installed in the delivery zone of the pump and is connected to the control unit of the hydraulic distributor. Hydraulic distributor is connected to the suction and discharge zones of the pump and channels made in the pump and drive housings - to the closed cavities.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of pump power consumption.
