SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of rubber mixture on standard equipment of rubber industry and can be used at enterprises of any industry where rubber products are produced. Method of producing rubber mixture involves pretreatment of powdered ingredients, except technical carbon, in jet mill jointly or separately for one process pass with subsequent introduction into rubber mixture both immediately after treatment, and after storage for not less than 15 days without loss of acquired properties with reduction of recipe dosages of activator and accelerators to 33.3 % without deterioration of physical and mechanical properties.

EFFECT: invention allows improving environmental friendliness of production of rubber products due to reduced dosage of used toxic ingredients and providing higher efficiency at maintaining physical and mechanical properties.
