SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating, particularly to drums for galvanic treatment of parts, and can be used in industrial enterprises in electroplating shops. Drum for galvanic treatment of parts is a polygonal prism with side facets of perforated sections, which are connected by ties with nuts with its end walls, made in form of interchangeable gears, perforated sections are put on their lugs on towers, wherein between the perforated sections on the tie-rods there is at least one detachable perforated partition wall with holes dividing the volume of the drum into the working cavities, wherein one of the faces of the polyhedron is a cover plate installed between two adjacent ties, for the fixation of which there are bridges on the ties, a stiffness element in the form of a strip with a spring latch installed on it is cast in the middle of the cover, and in the end wall there is a hole for the latch, at that the cover is equipped with a handle located near the latch, and has stiffeners containing a steel rod, besides, if there are more than two covers, the latch hole is made in one of the partitions.

EFFECT: technical result is improved convenience of operation with drum, higher reliability of device, reduced probability of parts getting into bath.
