SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dispensing devices with a manual trigger lever for liquids and can be used for home hygiene, eliminating unpleasant odours in rooms, treating fabrics before ironing and the like. Proportioning head for dispenser with trigger lever comprises dosing tube extending along straight dosing axis, frame, trigger lever which is attached to frame and can be actuated to dispense liquid, and spring, which is configured to act on trigger lever with using elastic back action. Spring comprises a pair of main levers extending from front end, which is engaged with actuating lever, to opposite rear end mainly along appropriate axis of lever; secondary levers extend from the main levers as continuation along the corresponding extension axis separate from the lever axis. Support section that interconnects secondary levers. Support section and/or secondary levers are attached to the frame to create a certain limitation and generation of said return action. Support section consists of transverse element, which connects said secondary levers. Crosswise element and said secondary levers form a recess bent inwards from the rear ends of the main levers. Combined element "trigger lever-spring" for dosing device with start lever is made in the form of single part containing starting lever and spring. Spring comprises a pair of main levers extending from the front end, which is connected to the trigger lever at the opposite rear end, mainly along the corresponding axis of the lever; secondary levers extending from the main levers as extension along the corresponding extension axis separate from the lever axis; support section that interconnects secondary levers. Support section comprises transverse element, which together with secondary levers forms recess bent inwards from rear ends of main levers.

EFFECT: technical result of group of inventions is higher reliability of device, saving raw material, which has a significant effect on production profitability.
