SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rational use of natural resources and can be used in gas production, gas processing, gas chemical and chemical industries. In gas processing cluster, including gas producing unit, gas preparation unit, gas transport unit, gas processing unit, transport unit, gas production, gas treatment, gas transportation, gas processing, transport blocks are included in the main complex, which is cluster industrial center, gas producing unit consists of inactive wells with industrial gas lines with loop lines, with formation pressure of low-pressure natural gas of not more than 22 atm, with possibility of supply of this gas by means of residual formation pressure through gas-preparation unit into gas-transport unit, which is a system of main gas pipelines, including those certified for pressure below the main line, which convergence point is located at a distance of not more than 500 km from inactive wells, the gas processing unit includes a plant of synthetic liquid fuels (SLF) for production of diesel fuel, gasoline, aviation kerosene, plant for production of nitrogen fertilizers, plant for production of microbial protein gaprin, plant for separation of air into components, and the main complex, which is an industrial center of the cluster, also includes a block of finished products, wherein the gas processing cluster includes a service complex, which includes a providing unit, a residential unit, a safety unit, a service unit.

EFFECT: maximum use of low-pressure natural gas reserves with pressure of not more than 22 atm from wells withdrawn from industrial operation and creation of a non-waste production cycle for processing said gas in the production region.
