FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vibration technique. Vibrating vibrator unit is loaded by means of cover 10 of support plate 4 by springs 54 located in seats 53 of disk-like support element 16. Valve pair is located on the vibrating unit. Valve 34 is spring-loaded with support on valve bushing 22 and contacts with seat 56 of holes 55 made in sockets 53. Annular retainer 52 of valve 34 is installed in plate 4. Exhaust of compressed air into above-membrane chamber 15 is made through holes of seats 53 directly from sub-membrane chamber 12 limited in lower part of plate 4 by flexible web 50. At vibrating unit there arranged is silencer 24, and chamber 15 is connected to annular chambers, coaxially formed by clamping element 19, spacer 23 and tubular partitions, holes, in which direction of waste air is changed. Chamber stroke 57 of working tool 18 is fixed on periphery of cover 10 and communicated via three-line channel 58 in cover 10 with chamber 15 and atmosphere. Filling chamber 57 with waste air is controlled by valve 59 connected to atmosphere.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing reliability during prolonged operation.
