SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a method for independent of relieve themselves for bed patients, when a brain command is used to relax sphincters of bladder and anus and perform relieve themselves. A disposable tampon of elastic hygroscopic material, made with front and rear leashes, is tied to the hip with the leashes, not pressed to the bed of the knot. After the relieve themselves, the leashes are opened, the rear lead is brought behind the back so that the beginning of the tampon is turned against the anus, the leashes are pulled, than the beginning of the tampon is pressed to the posterior passage. Then holding the front leash is pulled by the rear leash, the swab is pulled along the contaminated anus from the front backwards, than it is wiped. Further, the used tampon is ejected.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is providing independent relieve themselves.
