FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to plants for producing fresh water from atmospheric air. In air extractor as working medium compressed air is used, sources of which can be fans, air blowers, heat guns, pneumatic compressors, etc., as well as thermal transducers of air flow in form of dividing vortex cooler, self-vacuuming vortex tube, heat pump or heat pipe. Versions of combination of structural elements of airflow source and thermal transducer are determined taking into account climatic conditions of specific location of pneumatic extractor of atmospheric moisture. Atmospheric air extractor operates as follows. Compressed gas (air) flow from the compressed air source is supplied to a thermal transducer placed in the moisture extraction chamber and a radiator for air cooling. Cold elements of the thermal transducer (cold air flow, cooled copper rod or evaporators of the heat pipe or heat pump) cool the radiator for air cooling and from air supplied to the radiator, condensed moisture coming to the water collector.

EFFECT: use of group of inventions enables to obtain fresh water by way of moisture extraction from atmospheric air in regions with shortage of natural sources of fresh water.
