SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas processing and can be used in gas industry. Method and installation of adsorption drying and purification of natural gas from sulfur-containing components after booster compressor station before supply of natural gas into main gas line include cyclically repeated stage of adsorption drying and purification of natural gas, adsorbent regeneration step and the adsorbent cooling step, wherein the purified natural gas portion after use at the adsorbent cooling step is subjected to recuperative heat exchange, heating in the furnace and then used as the regeneration gas at the adsorbent regeneration step, after the regeneration stage of the adsorbent, the regeneration gas containing desorbed impurities is cooled in the first unit for adsorption drying and purification of natural gas and is directed to the second additional unit for adsorption cleaning of regeneration gas, where cyclisation stage of impurities adsorption, an adsorbent regeneration step and an adsorbent cooling step, wherein at the adsorption step of the impurities from the regeneration gas of the first adsorption drying unit and natural gas purification, desorbed impurities are extracted, purified regeneration gas is returned for recycling to cleaned natural gas, and adsorbent regeneration stage is performed by hot purified natural gas in two phases: during the first phase, the regeneration gas with a peak amount of desorbed impurities is flushed; during the second phase, the regeneration gas is recycled to the cleaned natural gas – in both cases, the regeneration gas is pre-cooled and the condensate is separated.
EFFECT: invention solves problem of development of method and installation of adsorption drying and purification of natural gas with reduction of consumption of natural gas used for regeneration of adsorbent, and increase of commercial natural gas yield.
