FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating cranes intended for transfer of materials. Hydraulic full revolving unloader with additional counterweight includes boom, main segment of which is equipped with hydraulic drive of rotation, is installed by means of main bearing hinge with horizontal axis on full-revolving circle with vertical axis and drive of its rotation. End of boom main segment end shorter from axis of its turn is connected by means of hinge to end of main counterweight equipped with hydraulic drive of its rotation, by its other end connected by hinge to rod end parallel to main boom segment and connected by its other end to arrester additional end segment end, which is articulated with longer end of boom main segment from its turn axis. Axes of hinges connecting boom elements are parallel to axis of main bearing hinge, and to free end of additional boom segment is attached by means of hinges to horizontal and vertical axes gripping device, for example grab equipped with hydraulic drive of its rotation relative to vertical axis of grip and hydraulic drives of its parts for load gripping, full turning circle is installed on column rigidly fixed on main deck of pontoon ship equipped with piles installed in guide wells in bow and stern of pontoon ship and fixing devices of every pile in its different positions in height. Gripping device is attached to free end of additional boom segment by means of hinges with horizontal and vertical axes, is equipped with hydraulic drive of its rotation relative to vertical axis of grip. Height of column, on which full-circle wheel is installed, is made not exceeding height of span of bridges in traveling position of unloader with possibility of unobstructed passage along ship routes under river and sea bridges. Piles are installed in guide wells in bow and stern of pontoon ship in ship centerline plane. Unloader is equipped with additional counterweight, which is connected by means of hinged joint with shorter end of boom main segment and equipped with hydraulic drive of its turn, additional counterweight is configured to control the electronic control unit in automatic mode depending on the position of the unloader in space, wherein the axis of rotation of the hinge of the additional counterweight is parallel to the axis of rotation of the main counterweight.
EFFECT: broader technological capabilities.
