FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to heat supply systems of various objects for both ground and underground purposes, and is intended for obtaining heat energy (hot air) and supply, for example, to additive to mine ventilation air. Modular heat power complex includes at least one upper module, at least one lower module and at least one process module, each of which contains assembled support frame and at least one wall panel, besides, all modules are made with possibility of connection with each other. Each upper module includes a fuel feed system and a cold air duct, and each lower module includes a heat generator unit and a heat exchanger. In its turn, heat-generating unit includes combustion unit with combustion chamber, to which flue-blowing systems, secondary blowing and flap recovery system are connected. Besides, flue gas cleaning and removal system is supplied to combustion chamber, passing through upper module and lower module, and heat exchanger is connected to hot air path passing through lower module, and to cold air path passing through upper module. Elements of heat-power complex are controlled by means of automatic control system located in process module. By means of the claimed device the method of heating of mine air is implemented.
EFFECT: technical result of claimed invention in part of device and method is simplification of its design with increase in its efficiency, ease of installation and use of disclosed device, as well as reduced risk of harm to user's health.
