FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes arctic diesel fuel based on middle-distillate petroleum fractions, including hydrotreated dewaxed diesel fraction, antiwear additive in amount of 0.015–0.030 wt. % and a hydrocracked kerosene fraction boiling in range of 140–240 °C, characterized in that it contains a hydrotreated dewaxed diesel fraction as a hydrotreated dewaxed diesel fraction boiling within 135–160 °C, wherein the ratio of the hydrotreated dewaxed diesel fraction to the hydrocracked kerosene fraction is 70–95:5–30 vol. %.
EFFECT: arctic diesel fuel has improved low-temperature properties ensuring reliable operation of diesel engines in arctic conditions and areas of the Far North at temperatures of ambient air below minus 65 °C.
