SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of oil and gas, can be used in well perforation and cleaning of perforation channels. Cumulative charge of the perforator comprises a housing, an explosive charge with a V-shaped annular cumulative recess with a lining. Cumulative charge body is solid, has cylinder-conic shape, explosive charge is cylindrical, in the central part of which there is a conical element of cumulative coating. Charging device includes a point initiation device and a lens assembly consisting of a lens made of an inert material and a combination of additional explosive charges. Axis of V-shaped cumulative coating is arranged at angle of α > 0° to axis of conical cumulative coating.
EFFECT: increased area of perforated holes in the pipe, cement ring and perforation channels perforations.
