FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of tunable spectrum limiters connected at the input of analogue-to-digital converters for various purposes. In comparison with the prototype, the universal programmable ARC filter is characterized by that the output of third (8) differential operational amplifier is connected to analogue input (16) of second (12) resistance matrix R-2R, between the output of fifth (10) differential operational amplifier and the non-inverting input of third (8) differential operational amplifier, second (25) capacitor is connected, output of fourth (9) differential operational amplifier is connected to non-inverting input of third (8) differential operational amplifier through second (26) resistor, inverting input of fifth (10) differential operational amplifier is connected to second (2) input of device through additional resistor (34), and is connected to common bus of power sources through ninth (33) resistor, and is also connected to output of fifth (10) differential operational amplifier through fourth (28) resistor, inverting input of third (8) differential operational amplifier is connected to inverting input of fifth (10) differential operational amplifier and through third (27) resistor is connected to third (5) output of device and output of third (8) differential operational amplifier, first (1) input of device is connected to second (4) device output through series-connected eighth (32) and sixth (30) resistors, common node of which is connected to inverting input of third (8) differential operational amplifier through fifth (29) resistor and connected to common bus of power sources through seventh (31) resistor.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of the implemented Q-factor stability.
