SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical cleaning and can be used in electrostatic filters and electric separators. Device comprises tank and inside it is voltage source 3, one pole connected to ground, and by the second one through the cable with earthed shell at both ends is connected to electric device 1. On cable 2 connecting process device 1 with voltage source 3, magnetically conductive ring 6 which reduces currents in grounding 4 is put on.
EFFECT: improving reliability and reducing noise.
