FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a suspended lighting system. Lighting system consists of a suspension assembly, a connector connected to the suspension and a busbar, a power supply unit, a bus duct and a lighting fixture. Suspension assembly provides rigid connection of lighting system with ceiling. Power supply unit comprises a power wire, a clamping element with feed contacts and a clamping screw, which provides fixation of the clamping element and clamp of supply contacts to busbar conductors. Connector is multi-level for connection with electricity transmission of several busbars arranged at different levels of lighting system, and provides possibility of their mechanical rotation through 360 degrees. Busbar consists of two C-shaped brass conductors interconnected by a plastic insert-dielectric.
EFFECT: simplified design of suspension multi-level lighting system, easier installation of lighting system and connection of busbar conductors to power supply and possibility of fast change of light composition without changing lighting system design.
