FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of insulation materials, specifically to composite roofing mastics (versions) and methods for their production, and can be used for protection of underground structures, as roofing materials, for protection of metals or concrete from corrosion. Mastic contains bitumen, oil pitch, oil fuel or bitumen, pyrolysis resin and coal-tar pitch with certain ratio of components. According to another version, the mastic contains coal-tar pitch and pyrolysis resin at certain ratios thereof. Mastics are obtained while stirring and heating the mixture of components at certain temperatures and for a certain period of time using microwave radiation.

EFFECT: invention increases adhesion of the mastic with respect to solid materials, increases strength and reduces water-absorption of composite roofing mastics.
