SUBSTANCE: invention represents a composition for antibacterial and/or anti-inflammatory acne therapy containing 1,2-decanediol and Salix alba bark extract, where Salix alba bark extract is an alcoholic, aqueous or water-alcohol Salix alba bark extract, wherein Salix alba bark extract contains a total concentration of salicylic derivatives expressed as salicin, not less than 20 % in weight ratio, and where weight ratio between extract of bark Salix alba and 1,2-decandiol is 1:1, and also composition contains standard pharmaceutical aids and additives.
EFFECT: invention provides synergistic antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activity.
