SUBSTANCE: information communication system for transmitting information between a server and a plurality of vehicles comprises a plurality of vehicles (100) and server (200) configured to communicate with the plurality of vehicles (100). Server (200) is configured to perform communication using either a first communication mode or a second communication mode. In the first communication mode, server (200) receives information individually from each vehicle from the plurality of vehicles (100) and transmits information individually for each vehicle from the plurality of vehicles (100). In second communication mode, server (200) receives information from part of vehicles from plurality of vehicles (100) and transmits information to part of vehicles from plurality of vehicles (100), wherein information is propagated among plurality of vehicles (100) by communication between vehicles.

EFFECT: system allows to significantly reduce load on server, as well as ensure proper quality of communication.
