SUBSTANCE: method for production of a lager or ale put into a bottle is implemented as follows. Adding hulupones and/or reclaimed hulupones to wort or beer during brewing process in an amount effective for producing lager or ale, where their concentration ranges from 4 to 150 ppm and the proportion of hulupones and/or reclaimed hulupones from the total amount of isohumulones and hulupones and/or reclaimed hulupones is at least 50 mol%. Lager or ale are placed in a bottle permeable for UV and/or visible light, which is a transparent glass bottle, a bottle of green glass or a transparent plastic bottle. Also claimed is lager or ale put in bottle for storage, supply, supply or consumption in bottle. Welded beverage bottled for storage, supply, delivery or consumption in bottle is produced by mixing said lager or ale with another beverage specified in the group including lemonade, fruit juice or alcoholic beverage.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a beverage which is less susceptible or immune to formation of "fetid thiol" caused by decomposition of hop acids.
