FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: screw feeder comprises a cylindrical housing with a receiving branch pipe, a mixing chamber and a sealing unit installed inside the housing and connected to the electric motor shaft screw shaft, on one side of which screw is fixed to it, and on the other side there is a seat. Screw shaft is built into hollow shaft of electric motor and is rigidly connected to it on end sections by seats of common bearing assemblies, and lifting angle of helical line of intake screw turns located under intake pipe turns is made increasing or intake part of screw is made in form of truncated, diverging towards movement of material from screw shaft diameter to inner diameter of cone housing.
EFFECT: considerably reduced dimensions, hence, weight of device, increased productivity and ability of feeder to feed material into area with higher pressure.
