FIELD: equipment for grinding of materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for grinding materials, in particular to ball mills equipped with intra-mill classifying devices, and can be used in industry of construction materials, in mining, chemical and other industries. Ball mill comprises drive, loading 1 and unloading 2 support trunnions, cylindrical lined drum 3 rigidly connected with support journals, including outlet grid 4 fixed in it at unloading support trunnion, fine grinding chambers 6 and 7 separated by inter-chamber baffle 8, coarse grinding chamber 5, classifying baffle 10. Classifying partition wall separates coarse grinding chamber from fine grinding chamber, comprises unloading device 13, perforated 14 and solid 15 annular disks, alternating perforated 16 and continuous 17 blades. Unloading device is located coaxially to lined drum and with annular gap in relation to it. Perforated and solid circular disks face respectively the coarse chamber and the fine grinding chamber, are fixed to the perforated and solid blades located between them, limiting front 24 and rear 25 chambers. Perforated blades are made in the form of semi-cylinders, their concave sides 22 are in contact with classified material and restrict front chambers, and convex sides 23 limit rear chambers. Rear chambers are insulated from perforated parts of perforated annular disc. Line of intersection of planes 18 passing through diametrically opposite generatrices 19 and 20 of perforated blades is longitudinal axis 21 of lined drum.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reduced specific power consumption due to high efficiency of the material grinding process.
