FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for cleaning impurities contaminated with mechanical admixtures, for separation into water, oil and scales of slurries or condensed pulp of metallurgical and metal-working plants. Method includes settling without forced heating, decantation of oil and water, spraying, vacuum distillation of oil. Prior to spraying and vacuum distillation of oil, the condensed pulp is subjected to evaporation in an evaporator with a mixer and heating the dehydrated mixture to temperature not higher than 160 °C. Further, water vapour is superheated in the vortex flow and steam straight-run distillation is performed, combined with sedimentation of solid particles under action of centrifugal forces and gravity forces. Then, filtration is performed. After separation of the mixture into components, oil vapours and then water are condensed.
EFFECT: technical result is higher quality of separation while increasing efficiency.
