SUBSTANCE: invention relates to distributed registers. Method includes obtaining, by means of client network node of blockchain, public key of regulatory node; generating, by means of a client node, one or more client transaction confidential transaction commit values by applying a cryptographic commitment scheme to transaction data for the confidential transaction; generating, by means of a client node, an encrypted control information of a confidential transaction by encrypting transaction data using a public key of the regulatory node; and transmitting, by a client node to a network consensus node network, a content of the confidential transaction for execution, wherein the confidential transaction content includes: one or more of the commit values; encrypted control information; and one or more evidences with zero transfer of knowledge of transaction data.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling control of confidential blockchain transactions.
