DEVELOPMENT METHOD OF SUPER-VISCOUS OIL DEPOSIT Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC E21B43/22 E21B43/24 C09K8/592

Abstract RU 2720632 C1

FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil-producing industry. Method of super-viscous oil deposit development includes successive pumping of steam into formation with creation of steam chamber, fringe of 5–30 % aqueous solution of carbamide, process pause of 2–5 hours duration, pumping of hydrocarbon solvent rim and extraction of product. Volume of fringe of water solution of carbamide is calculated by formula Vsol = (0.1÷0.4)⋅Vo/VCO2fc , where (0.1 ÷0.4) is coefficient, which is selected based on well injection capacity; Vo is volume of produced oil, m3; VCO2fc is volume of carbon dioxide released in formation conditions, m3. Volume of rim of injected liquid hydrocarbon solvent is calculated by formula VS(l) = (0.1÷0.4)⋅0.53·Vo/Caf, where (0.1÷0.4) is coefficient, which is selected based on well injection capacity; 0.53 is coefficient characterizing the ratio of the volumes of liquid and vaporized solvent; Vo is the amount of oil produced, m3; Caf is content of aromatic fraction in solvent, %.

EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of steam-thermal action during development of super-viscous oil deposit, elimination of irrational flow of heat carrier, carbamide solution and hydrocarbon solvent, reduced corrosion of oil equipment, reduced material costs.
