FIELD: electrician.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power factor correctors (PFC) based on series-parallel converter operating in pseudo-discontinuous (pseudo-RNT) current conditions. In pseudo-RNT inductive accumulator operates in three states: accumulation, transmission and storage of accumulated energy. At the storage interval, the accumulator is shorted, and its current (storage current) remains at the specified level. Proposed PFCs with rectifier bridge and blind PFC can be used in secondary power supplies with sinusoidal consumed current. Proposed system comprises two feedback loops: voltage inertia and high-speed storage current. Outlet voltage stabilization circuit controls duration of accumulation interval, current generation circuit determines duration of storage interval. Length of the power transmission interval is influenced by both circuits. Peculiar feature of proposed PFC is modulation of inductive accumulator current by load current. Technical result is achieved due to exclusion of multiplier and network voltage sensor from control system of PFC.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of control system and possibility of its adaptation for control of PFC with other types of power circuits operating in pseudo-RNT.
