FIELD: chemistry; oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of water treatment using reverse osmosis systems and can be used in power, chemical and oil refining industry. Desalinated water preparation system at industrial plant comprises first stage of reverse osmosis installation with concentrate line connected to its collection tank at atmospheric pressure, pipeline for supply of concentrate to concentrate second stage with concentrate collection tank at atmospheric pressure, crystallizer for extraction of hardness salts from concentrate, equipped with agent supply unit, pipeline is connected to carbon dioxide line with pressure regulator ensuring absence of hardness salts during concentrate passage through ROP-2. At the inlet of the pipeline in the ROP-2 the pH meter is installed with the sensor of the continuous signal on the taxiway.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable prevention of scale formation on ROP-2.
