FIELD: sealing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing equipment and can be used for sealing of rotary shaft of electric motors, for example, explosion-proof, electric motors with variable frequency of rotation and retaining pressure drop of sealed medium. In magneto-fluid seal of electric motor shaft containing installed in the housing magnetic assembly in form of magnet and pole tips, forming with shaft sealed gap filled with magnetic liquid, and a magnetic flux control assembly, comprising two circular inductance coils arranged on the outer end surfaces of the pole tips in magnetic housing, mounted coaxially to the shaft, connected to the pressure sensor and the relay with the breaker, magnetic flux control assembly additionally comprises two circular inductance coils arranged on pole tips installed coaxially to the shaft in housings connected to the transistor current controller, to which the shaft rotation frequency sensor is connected, and in the sealed gap there is a magnetic fluid temperature sensor connected to the breaker, which is configured to be connected to the electric motor control device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of service life of magneto-liquid seal with provision of reliability of sealing and smooth control of magnetic induction in working gap of seal.
