SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a composition for increasing the bioavailability of flavonoid. Composition for increasing flavonoid bioavailability, comprising: a flavonoid selected from a group consisting of quercetin, quercetin aglycone, quercetin glycoside and isoquercetin, in amount of 10–500 mg; omega-3 fatty acid; green tea extract; bilberry anthocyanidins; and caffeine. Medicinal agent for oral ingestion to increase bioavailability of flavonoid. A method for improving a health condition of a subject, comprising administering to a subject a medicinal agent for oral ingestion. Use of the oral medicament for increasing flavonoid bioavailability, wherein the oral medicinal agent contains 10–500 mg of flavonoid, selected from the group consisting of quercetin, quercetin aglycone, quercetin glycoside and isoquercetin, green tea extract, caffeine, bilberry anthocyanidins, ascorbic acid, omega-3 fatty acid and ascorbyl palmitate.
EFFECT: agents described above effectively increase content of flavonoids in urine.
