FIELD: packaging and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for temporary storage and unloading of bulk materials using a hopper. Bulk materials hopper can be used in mining, chemical, coal, construction and other fields of national economy. Task set is achieved by the fact that in loose materials hopper containing housing, rectangular upper part of which has vertical walls, and lower one is inclined, forming outlet hole installed in housing material flow stimulator, the device for supporting the driver is fixed on the trolleys to the H-bars and is connected with the driver drive by ropes, branch blocks and limit switches, and in the lower part to the driver on the ropes and the off-set units the loads are suspended, the material flow stimulus is made in the form of curtains from the welded-circuit segments installed in the vertical plane through a certain pitch and rigidly fixed at the ends respectively to the supported organ in the upper part of the hopper and additionally introduced binding member located along the inclined walls of the hopper and the outlet hole, in the lower part of the bin, wherein the lower ends of the welded chain sections located as the beginning of the first and the end of the last on the polyline, which copies the bin section shape, are attached to the U-channels of the connecting member from the inner side, on the outer side of the U-channels adjacent to the inclined walls of the hopper, there are scrapers, and the welded chains are equipped with pins along the length and are separated by links.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of loose material discharge from bunker.
