FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additives for powder invert emulsion solutions for drilling oil and gas wells. Method for preparation of solid additive for invert emulsion drilling mud, where liquid additive for drilling mud is heated to temperature of about 50–175 °C, said liquid additive is combined with inert filler to form mixture, percentage ratio of liquid additive in which is 50–70 wt %, and an inert filler or a mixture of inert fillers—30–50 wt %, inert filler is selected from a group, containing precipitated silicon dioxide with particle size of 10–180 mcm, diatomite with particle size of 10–200 mcm or expanded perlite with particle size of 10–5000 mcm or combinations thereof, said mixture is mixed and cooled, said mixture is milled to obtain a free-flowing powder additive for invert emulsion solutions. Solid additive for invert emulsion drilling mud, characterized by that prepared by said method. "In water in oil" type invert emulsion drilling mud, which is prepared by mixture emulsification, containing a dispersed oil phase, a dispersed aqueous phase and at least one solid additive for invert drilling agents, selected from a group, containing invert emulsifier, humidifier, rheological modifier and additive for drilling mud loss control, note here that said additive represents said free-flowing powder additive for invert emulsion solutions produced in compliance with specified above. Invention is developed in subclaims.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment at low temperatures, higher electrical stability of drilling fluid.
