FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to induction devices with device for axial pressing of windings, in particular to transformers with axial pressing of windings with common or separate winding pressing rings. Induction apparatus includes a reservoir, a magnetising core installed in it, at least one winding located around the magnetising core segment and equipped with a pressing ring, device for axial pressing, which contains pressing elements controlled by the actuating unit to create the required pressure in the winding, sensor of direct or indirect measurement of pressure in the winding. Each controlled pressing element is made in form of threaded rod installed with possibility of rotation in flange of yoke beam. Actuating unit of each controlled pressing element is made in the form of an electric motor with a reducer and a control unit connected to the electric motor and sensor of direct or indirect measurement of pressure in the winding. One end of the pressing threaded rod is connected to the shaft of the electric motor reduction gear, and its other end interacts with the support intermediate element installed on the pressing ring of the induction device winding. Control unit is configured to obtain information from the sensor of direct or indirect measurement of pressure in the winding according to a predetermined algorithm control unit, comparison of obtained value with threshold (design) and signal supply to electric motor in case of divergence of threshold (design) value with acting for restoration of axial force in winding to required value. Controlled pressing threaded rod is installed with possibility of rotation in threaded bush rigidly fixed on flange of yoke beam and is made in form of threaded pin. Sensor for indirect measurement of pressure in the winding can be made in the form of a current sensor installed in a control unit with possibility of measuring current in the winding of an electric motor flowing at creation of torque by an electric motor. Sensor of direct measurement of pressure in the winding can be made in the form of a pressure sensor installed between the hollow support element and the pressing ring. Sensor for measuring pressure in the winding is a fiber-optic sensor.

EFFECT: technical result of disclosed invention consists in improvement of reliability of induction apparatus by making pressing element in form of pressing threaded rod, controlled through gear motor, receiving signals from control unit, connected to sensor of direct or indirect measurement of pressure in winding.
