In compliance with first version, drawer unit comprises housing, drawer arranged on housing to displace between closed and open positions, locking unit and spring element. Locking unit fixes the drawer in the closed position and includes a blocking element on the drawer and a grip on the body. Spring-loaded element is located on the body to move the blocking element tightly against the grip when the drawer is in the closed position. According to the second version, the drawer assembly comprises a housing and an integral element formed from an integral piece of material. Method for reduction of creaks and rattles of a drawer in a housing comprises a step, on which locking element on the drawer is forcibly displaced into engagement with the grip on the body when the drawer is in the closed position by means of the first spring element.

EFFECT: ensuring smooth sliding of the box in the housing and excluding creaks and rattles.
