SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons and ammunition, specifically to missiles (cartridges, projectiles) for their manual launching from rocket launchers, mainly for information and reconnaissance purposes. Missile to rocket launcher comprises, at least, propellant powder charge with igniter cap and automatically opening parachute in parachute compartment. In addition, it is equipped with a photographic and/or video camera in the head part and a radio transmitter, with the possibility of transmitting an image to the radio receiver, at least of the rocket launcher user.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing expansion of tactical and technical capabilities of missiles (cartridges) to rocket launcher due to possibility of observation of area and environment on it in light and dark time (in conditions of insufficient illumination) directly from side of "hung" missile above reconnaissance position, providing considerably smaller weight and size parameters, simplicity, ease of use, cheapness and accessibility, energy independence and independence.
