FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in thermal imaging devices based on cooled matrix receivers. Optical system consists of three components. First fixed component consists of a positive convex-concave lens from zinc selenide, which is facing the object plane with its convex surface, and a second negative concave-convex lenses from calcium fluoride, which faces the image plane with the convex surface. Second component, which is installed with possibility of input-output to the optical path, consists of two lenses made of zinc selenide, from them the first positive convex-concave lens is turned with a convex surface to the plane of objects, the second negative concave-convex lens is faced with a convex surface to the image plane. Third fixed component consists of a concave-convex negative lens of calcium fluoride, which faces the image plane with a convex surface, and a biconvex lens made from zinc selenide, the first surface of which is aspherical.
EFFECT: high image quality for a wide and narrow field of view using only two types of optical material.
