FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to development of plant growth stimulants for pre-sowing treatment of spring wheat seeds. Humic preparation modified with sodium bentonite for pre-sowing treatment of spring wheat seeds represents a clay-humus complex in the form of an aqueous suspension containing a humus preparation with humate concentration of 18–22 g/l and sodium bentonite with concentration of 35–45 g.
EFFECT: disclosed modified by sodium bentonite humus preparation increases biological activity of the preparation of humic substances, which is reflected in acceleration of germination of seeds of spring wheat and development of their seedlings.
